How to advertise
HOW TO ADVERTISE YOUR ANIMALS ON ‘SIMMENTAL MARKET’
Simmental breeders are encouraged to take advantage of the free to use ‘SimmentaMarket’, a private sales register. Set up as a mini web site its purpose, during the ongoing Covid-19 situation, is to help breeders market and promote stock they have available for sale.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
All you need to do is send the name of the given animal, your contact details, and a picture or video (in mp4 format) to email@example.com and it will be uploaded to the site. The entries will show the picture of the animal, the preferred contact details of the breeder, and a link through to the pedigree. There is the opportunity to include any short notes that you wish to put about the animal you have entered. As well as the site, we will try and notify as many new entrants as possible through the Facebook page which will increase exposure further.
MORE ABOUT ‘SimmentalMarket’
The new site has developed further from the pages that were first put up recently to help market the bulls entered for the Dungannon Sale. There is now a regional index where breeders entering animals will be placed and helping to make it easier for would be buyers to look at the geographies of their choice. More regions will be added as we receive entries.
Most important is to send a pic of the given animals for sale. The visuals really help to market and promote the animals. As noted above the use of ‘SimmentalMarket’ will be free to use for breeders at least up until the end of June when the service will be reviewed.
It is very much a site and service to help members promote their stock available for sale and to bring buyers and sellers together. So, please send your entries, any short text, and pics to: firstname.lastname@example.org and phone 02476696513 if you have any further queries.
